HEAVY DOSAGE – PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Overview
By placing a pre-order with Heavy Dosage, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure transparency around our made-to-order production process and delivery timelines.

2. Pre-Order Nature
All items in this drop are sold on a pre-order basis. This means products are not ready for immediate dispatch and will be produced after the order window closes.

3. No Refund Policy
Once a purchase has been completed, customers are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances, except as outlined in Section 4 below. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

4. Delayed Fulfilment Clause
Customers will only become eligible for a refund if:

• 30 days have passed since the order date, AND
• No shipping confirmation or tracking information has been provided

If both conditions are met, you may request a refund by contacting our support team.

5. Shipping Timeframes
Estimated production and shipping timelines will be communicated during the drop. However, delays may occur due to manufacturing or logistics factors. By purchasing, you accept potential delays within reasonable limits.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without valid grounds (as defined in Section 4) may result in:

• Order cancellation without refund
• Blacklisting from future purchases

8. Agreement
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
